Automation & AI

Automate the busywork. Keep people in control.

We help businesses automate repetitive tasks, connect systems, process information and build intelligent workflows — choosing the simplest reliable solution, and adding AI where it genuinely helps.

Capabilities

What we automate

From a single reminder to multi-system workflows and AI agents — engineered, tested and monitored like any other software.

Business process automation

Turn repetitive, rule-based work into reliable automated processes.

Workflow orchestration

Multi-step workflows across systems, with retries, logging and clear ownership.

Email automation

Read, classify, extract, respond and route — inbox work handled systematically.

Intelligent document processing

Extract data from invoices, forms, purchase orders and contracts, with validation.

AI agents & assistants

Assistants that answer from your data and agents that take approved actions.

System & API integrations

Connect CRMs, accounting, ERPs, databases and SaaS tools through their APIs.

Browser & UI automation

Automate work in systems without APIs, carefully and with monitoring.

AI voice assistants & receptionists

Answer calls, capture requests and book appointments — with hand-over rules.

Scheduled operations & notifications

Reports, reminders, checks and alerts that run on time, every time.

Human-in-the-loop workflows

Approvals and reviews built into the flow, so people stay in control.

Our approach

Not every automation needs AI.

We start with the simplest approach that will work reliably — a scheduled job, an integration, a workflow — and introduce AI only for the parts that benefit from it, like understanding free-form text or documents.

  • Validation and confidence checks on every AI output
  • Human review and approvals where decisions matter
  • Logging, retries and alerts so nothing fails silently
  • Clear permissions for what assistants and agents may do

How we work

From a manual process to a dependable automation

  1. 01

    Map the process

Who does what, with which systems and data, and where time is lost.

  2. 02

    Choose the simplest approach

Rules, integrations, workflows — and AI only where it pays off.

  3. 03

    Build with real examples

Test against your actual emails, documents and records — including the messy ones.

  4. 04

    Run, monitor, improve

Logging and alerts in production, and refinements as your business changes.

Automation is often the first step toward a broader solution. It connects naturally with our custom development and small business solutions.

Questions

Frequently asked

Do we need AI to automate our processes?

Often not. Many valuable automations are reminders, integrations and workflows built with conventional software. We use AI for steps that genuinely benefit from it — such as reading unstructured documents, classifying messages or conversing with callers.

How do you keep AI automations reliable?

By putting AI inside a controlled workflow: validating its output, routing low-confidence results to a person, logging every step, limiting what agents are allowed to do, and monitoring results over time.

Can you automate systems that do not have an API?

Sometimes. Browser and UI automation can work with systems that lack an API, but it is more fragile. We assess each case and recommend the most dependable option, including file exchanges or database-level integration where appropriate.

Which automation tools do you use?

It depends on the job: custom code, workflow and integration platforms, cloud functions, and AI services. We choose what is simplest to operate and maintain for your situation.

What does a first automation project look like?

Usually one well-defined process with clear, measurable benefit — for example invoice capture or lead routing. We map the current process, agree on the target, build and test with real examples, then run and refine.

Which process would you automate first?

Describe a task your team repeats every day or week. We’ll suggest a practical, reliable way to automate it.
