A home page for every member
Members see their next class, the classes left on their pass, their streak and classes with places in the next few days.
Book in one click
Each class shows its teacher, room, places left and cancellation policy. One click books it and a class comes off the pass.
No double-booking
Members can’t hold two classes that overlap. The rule is checked on the server, together with the booking itself.
Waitlists that move
A full class offers a place in the queue. When the studio adds places, the people waiting longest are booked in automatically and get a message.
Front desk in seconds
Check people in one by one or all at once, add a walk-in, find any member and sell a class pack at the desk.
The studio at a glance
A timetable coloured by style, today’s classes, bookings, check-ins and sales, and reports on attendance, busiest times, teachers and styles.

This is Encore Dance Studio: one app with two faces. Members book their classes in a friendly portal, and the studio team runs the timetable, check-in and sales from a back office. Mia is a member. She signs in with her own account, and new dancers can sign up right here.
Her home page greets her with what's next: her next class, the classes left on her pass, her streak, and classes with places in the next few days. Further down, every style the studio teaches. Tomorrow there's Salsa Improvers. The class opens with its teacher, the room, the places left and the cancellation policy.
One click books it, and a class comes off her pass. Hip Hop Foundations starts before salsa ends, so the studio won't let her hold both. That rule runs on the server, in the same transaction as the booking. Tango Night, the day after, is full.
Instead of a dead end, Mia joins the waitlist, second in the queue. Waiting costs nothing until a place is booked for her. Passes and pricing have a page of their own: what's left on her pack, how passes work, and the plans, from an intro week to unlimited monthly. At the front desk, Leo works the class that's about to start.
He checks people in one by one, or everyone at once, and can add a walk-in from the members. Every member is one search away, with their pass, their visits and the team's notes. Leo sells a ten-class pack at the desk, and it's on the member's account at once. Nadia, the studio manager, runs the timetable on a calendar, coloured by style.
She opens Tango Night and gives it two more places. The two people waiting longest are booked in automatically. On Mia's home page, a message is waiting: she's in. The back office opens on the studio today: classes, bookings, check-ins and sales, attendance over two weeks, and how full each style runs.
